Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation to bring Omaha’s francophones a new French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list and private Facebook group below.

We'll be meeting at 5:30pm on Thursday, May 2nd at Fig.

*PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF VENUE* Unfortunately, it looks like Edge of the Universe will not be finished with their theme change in time for our event, so I have changed the venue. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fig is a café located inside the Luminarium building on the Omaha Riverfront that C&C visited for the first time in March. They have a limited beer and wine selection as well as coffee and a few other non-alcoholic drinks. Food is also served at this venue.

Weather permitting, we will meet outside on their patio. Free parking is available in the lot beside the building. Admission to the Luminarium is not needed to enter Fig as they have a separate entrance.
