Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!
C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.
AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.
OÙ ET QUAND?
We'll be meeting at 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 18th at The Bohemian Gardens in the Little Bohemia area of Omaha.
Why not come immerse yourself in a little French all the while surrounded by a beautiful setting?
Not to mention there’s delicious pizza from Via Farina and a full bar. If you haven’t yet been to Omaha’s Bohemian Gardens this is your chance to check it out!
And okay, while it may not be Montmartre or the Latin Quarter of Paris, it's still the perfect spot to get your French on. And to grab a bite and a drink.
Free street parking.
*In the event of rain we'll meet across the street at iDLE Wine and/Lumen Brewery.
When you arrive, look for C&C founder Jeff Koterba and C&C organizer Satera Nelson. Let us know that you’re coming by RSVPing below. Everyone is welcome, no matter if you are a beginner, a native French speaker, or somewhere in between. Hope to see you there!
