Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

We'll be meeting at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 15th at Art & Soul in Lincoln.

Soups, salads, sharable plates, sandwiches, and flatbreads available to order in addition to wine, local beers and cocktails. Parking available near the building.

When you arrive, look for C&C Lincoln organizer Sara Parkening. Please RSVP to the event on the Facebook group or via email (link below) so we can call ahead of time and let them know how many to expect. All levels of French proficiency welcome!
