Café et Conversation Midwest - Sioux City à Council Oak Coffee Roasters (rescheduled from February 15th)

  • Council Oak Coffee Roasters 101 West 3rd Street Sioux City, IA, 51103 (map)

Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

OÙ ET QUAND?

Due to the looming storms on February 15th, our Sioux City meeting was rescheduled to February 22nd at 10am. So let's hope the weather plays nice!

All levels welcome - as always. If you have a desire to improve and/or practice your French language skills, leave any inhibitions at the door and join your friends for conversation!

Council Oak Coffee is a delightful place to spend a Saturday morning. They have great coffee, non-coffee drinks and sweets from the Black Box Bakery. And if you like sourdough bread, there's a pop-up shop with that, too!

When you arrive, look for C&C Sioux City organizer Janet Frederick. Let us know that you’re coming by RSVPing below. We hope to see you there!
