Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

Mark your calendar! 3rd Saturday of each month, 10:00 am at Council Oaks Coffee in Sioux City, Iowa. We enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee so much that we decided to make Council Oaks Coffee our regular meeting place.

All levels of French speakers are welcome. Come relax with us and pretend you're spending a casual Saturday morning in a Parisian café.
